Product Overview
This equipment can be integrated downstream of the cartoning machine to perform real-time, in-line printing and inspection of GS1 codes and three‑dimensional (OCR) data on fully assembled cartons. A high‑resolution inkjet printer applies markings to each carton at high speed; following printing, a CCD camera conducts real-time inspection of the printed content on every unit. Products with unreadable OCR or Dm codes are automatically rejected, ensuring the uniqueness and accuracy of all data. This process eliminates duplicate, incorrect, or garbled codes.
