Product Overview
Online printing and labeling enable batch‑level and serialized label application via the Huiyi UDI customization software, ensuring precise alignment of printed labels on products. The system supports simultaneous printing of 1D barcodes and GSI QR codes, employs dual‑station inspection using a CCD camera and a KEYENCE SR2000 sensor to guarantee print accuracy and error detection, and performs grade‑based recognition for both 1D and QR codes. When recognition rates fall short, a pneumatic double‑guide rejection mechanism is activated to ensure high‑precision removal.
