In response to the national requirements for building a pharmaceutical traceability system, our company has developed a comprehensive smart traceability solution for Hong Kong Pao Chi Lin and China Resources Sanjiu Pharmaceutical. This solution seamlessly integrates Huayi Technology’s self-developed box-labeling and data-collection equipment with a unique-item-code software platform, offering flexible compatibility with various box sizes and enabling rapid switching between different packaging specifications while ensuring precise code assignment.
After the project was implemented, thanks to an innovative dual-station lane-dividing design that rigorously complies with national pharmaceutical traceability regulations, the packaging and shipping efficiency was successfully increased by more than 30%. This solution not only effectively prevents counterfeit and substandard products from damaging the brand image but also significantly enhances the company’s quality management capabilities and market competitiveness through intelligent upgrades, setting a benchmark for the digital transformation of traditional pharmaceutical enterprises.
