Case Study: Intelligent Traceability System for Rare Ingredient Facial Cleanser – Full-View Perspective
Project Background
To enhance the anti-counterfeiting and traceability capabilities of its products, the emerging domestic skincare brand Xi Wu Ji has commissioned our company to develop a full-chain digital traceability system for its flagship facial cleanser. This project faces significant technical challenges, including the difficulty of coding and collecting data from cylindrical bottle containers and the high speed of the production line.
Highlights of Technological Innovation
Six-eye panoramic vision system
Adopting a circular layout 6 Group 2000 Megapixel industrial camera, with 60° Equal-angle distribution formation 360° Covering every angle without blind spots. Each camera is equipped with a polarizing lens that effectively eliminates reflections from the curved surface of the bottle, ensuring that QR codes affixed at any angle can be accurately recognized.
Dynamic compensation algorithm
The self-developed image-processing algorithm can automatically correct image distortions caused by bottle rotation and remains effective even for QR codes that are slightly wrinkled or damaged. 98.5% The above recognition rate represents an improvement over the traditional single-camera solution. 40% Recognition accuracy.
Intelligent Correlation Engine
The system monitors the production line flow rate in real time, completing each... 10 Bottle packaging immediately triggers the box code generation mechanism. Through a high-speed data bus, individual product data is linked to the box code, establishing a complete... " bottle - box - Batch " Third-level association.
This solution successfully overcame the technical bottleneck in traceability for cylindrical containers in the daily chemical industry, providing a replicable, intelligent traceability model for the beauty and personal care sector.
