Kiskis Packaged Candy Smart Coding and Anti-Counterfeiting Solution
Project Background
Well-known domestic candy brand Kiskis To strengthen channel management and enhance consumer engagement, we have commissioned our company to develop an intelligent coding system for boxed candies. The project must enable independent coding and data collection for each individual candy while also taking into account production line efficiency and ease of manual operation.
System Core Design
Precision Coding and Collection System
Adopting a high-resolution inkjet printing device and 5 The industrial vision cameras work in coordination to encode and verify QR codes on the individually wrapped candies. A special optical design ensures accurate code reading even in high-speed production line environments.
Five-channel lane-dividing device
The innovatively designed five-channel merging system is equipped with independent counting sensors and buffering mechanisms for each channel. Once a single candy has been coded, it is automatically routed to the designated channel, providing ample operational time for subsequent manual boxing and effectively reducing work intensity.
Smart Anti-Counterfeiting System
The system generates two-level association codes in real time:
Item Code: Records traceability information such as production batch and production line.
Box Code: Links all items within the box and binds distributor region information.
Through a cloud-based data platform, monitor product distribution paths in real time and automatically issue early warnings for unauthorized product diversion.
This solution breaks through the traditional limitation of traceability at the individual-product level in packaged foods. By seamlessly integrating intelligent sorting with precise coding, it achieves digital management of the smallest packaging units while maintaining production efficiency, providing a replicable digital upgrade solution for the fast-moving consumer goods industry.
