This production line is specifically designed for bottled products, leveraging dedicated labeling, coding, and data‑collection systems to establish a closed‑loop traceability workflow—from individual bottle coding to case‑level association. The equipment is highly adaptable to diverse bottle formats: a high‑speed rotary labeler handles standard round bottles, a vertical labeler accommodates irregularly shaped containers, and a roll‑on bottle‑coding and data‑capture system ensures precise data collection even during motion.

To meet the needs of different packaging materials, the system is equipped with specialized packing equipment: an integrated carton‑opening unit automatically forms and precisely positions paperboard packages, addressing the low efficiency and frequent deformation issues associated with manual opening; meanwhile, a robotic automatic packer for foam boxes is specifically designed for cushioning packaging, employing flexible gripping technology to prevent damage to the foam liners and overcoming the challenge of protecting fragile items during automated packing.

The system generates case codes in real time and establishes seamless data linkage between bottles and cases. Following automated case sealing and labeling, a complete product traceability chain is established. Each unit collaborates seamlessly via an intelligent control platform, addressing the challenges of automating diverse packaging materials while ensuring precise, end-to-end data integration, thereby delivering a secure and efficient smart packaging solution for bottled products.
