This production line is specifically designed for bagged products. It employs high-speed coding and data acquisition, coupled with synchronous weighing and inspection, and integrates industrial robots to enable precise case packing and automated dispensing of auxiliary materials. The system supports end-to-end automated traceability, from individual bag coding to batch-level association.

After packing, a unique container code is generated in real time and data linkage is automatically established. Following automated leveling, sealing, and bundling processes, a complete three-tier traceability closed loop is ultimately formed. The entire line is equipped with professional-grade standalone equipment, including coding and weighing units, robotic picking systems, labeling systems, and manual workstations, to meet diverse operational requirements.

Each piece of equipment operates in deep synergy through an intelligent control system, ensuring high‑precision performance across all units while enabling seamless end‑to‑end data integration and uninterrupted process flow, thereby delivering a reliable, efficient, and fully transparent packaging solution for large‑scale production.
