Pack in Boxes

Pack in Boxes

This production line is specifically designed for boxed products and employs modular equipment working in coordinated synergy: a high-speed dual‑turntable automated collection system performs primary coding and data capture for individual items such as vaccine vials; a fully servo‑driven boxing machine precisely loads products into cartons; a box‑level coding and data‑capture device conducts secondary coding and data collection on single boxes or wrapped packages; and a GS1 pharmaceutical‑device‑level coding and data‑capture system enables batch data acquisition and association across entire pallets, establishing a complete traceability chain linking product, box, and carton, and building a multi‑tiered intelligent traceability framework.

In the packaging stage, an integrated carton‑opening and packing system achieves full‑process automation: it automatically opens cartons, uses robots to precisely pick up products and insert instruction manuals or dividers, and then seals the boxes. Once sealed, a real‑time labeler accurately applies external traceability labels to the box corners, completing the final identification.

All devices achieve deep collaboration through an intelligent central control platform, enabling end-to-end data integration across the entire process—from individual-item coding and single-box data collection to full‑floor association and automated packaging. This meets the pharmaceutical and medical device industry’s stringent requirements for multi‑level packaging, hierarchical data capture, and precise traceability, delivering solutions that comply with GS1 international standards.
