360 High-speed bottled product coding and data collection device
The 360-bottle automatic coding and data‑collection system seamlessly interfaces with the back end of the labeling machine. The scanner automatically reads QR codes on bottles ranging from 20 to 1,000 mL, captures the data, and flags or rejects bottles with invalid or duplicate codes. It then automatically establishes the correspondence between bottle‑level and carton‑level codes according to the specified packaging configuration.
