Bagged Coding and Data Collection Device

The bag‑type automatic coding and data‑collection device (with cylinder‑based rejection) is compatible with bags ranging from 200 g to 1 kg. It can be integrated downstream of any packaging machine to automatically capture data from the QR code on each bag and reject those that cannot be read or have duplicate codes. Once data collection is complete, the system automatically sorts the bags according to the predefined packing ratio (bags per carton), after which they are manually packed into cartons.
