Boxed Automatic Coding and Data Collection Device
The front-end conveyor belt connects directly to the automatic cartoning machine; once boxed, the cartons automatically move to the QR‑code‑scanning station for automated data collection and verification. Cartons that fail inspection—such as those with unreadable codes or duplicate barcodes—are automatically rejected, while compliant cartons proceed to the downstream automatic sorting system, which diverts them according to the quantity specified in the software. An operator then manually packs the cartons into shipping cases. When a case reaches its target fill level, the system issues an audio prompt, triggering the case‑label printer to produce labels that are affixed by hand to the outer carton, thereby completing the two‑level data linkage between the box and the case.
