This equipment is designed for various types of medical device pouches, offering a fully automated workflow that includes automatic bag separation, printing, inspection, and rejection. It features rapid material handling, with a vacuum‑adsorption conveyor belt delivering pouches to a TTO thermal transfer printer (or a UV inkjet printer or a thermal foam inkjet printer) for real-time on‑line printing of QR codes and production dates. An intelligent CCD camera continuously inspects the printed content of each pouch; any product failing OCR or QR code recognition is automatically rejected, ensuring the uniqueness and verifiability of every batch’s data. The entire system is easy to operate via a computer, enabling integrated online coding, data collection, and data linking.
