Dual-turntable labeling technology now in mass production and implementation! Huiyi Smart Equipment helps the veterinary pharmaceutical industry achieve intelligent upgrades.
In April 2025, Guangzhou Huiyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. successfully launched a mass-produced model based on its patent “Dual-rotor Automatic Labeling and Coding Equipment,” which was authorized in 2022 (Patent No.: CN 217100843 U). The new model has been officially put into operation on production lines at six domestic veterinary pharmaceutical companies, providing crucial equipment support for the intelligent upgrading of the veterinary pharmaceutical industry. It effectively addresses the industry’s longstanding challenges of low labeling accuracy and slow efficiency in small-vial veterinary drug packaging.
Veterinary drug products are often packaged in small-gauge glass bottles, leaving limited space for label application and demanding extremely high precision in label-positioning. Traditional labeling equipment frequently suffers from inaccurate positioning, leading to label misalignment and wrinkling—issues that compromise product traceability and aesthetic quality. Huiyi Intelligent’s dual-turntable automatic labeling and coding equipment features an innovative design incorporating “dual-turntable synchronous transmission + I-shaped conveyor rollers + tension rollers”: The dual-turntable structure enables continuous bottle conveyance and precise positioning, effectively preventing bottle晃动 during the conveying process. The I-shaped conveyor rollers firmly secure the glass bottles, ensuring stable and non-shifted positioning during labeling. Meanwhile, the tension rollers dynamically adjust the tension of the label web in real time, thereby preventing wrinkles from forming as the labels are applied.
After practical application testing, the positioning error of label placement on this mass-produced model can be precisely controlled within ≤0.5 mm, fully meeting the national requirements for label placement stipulated in the Veterinary Drug Traceability Management Measures. Meanwhile, the equipment’s operating speed can reach up to 60 bottles per minute, representing a threefold increase in efficiency compared to traditional manual labeling. As a result, the overall production efficiency of a single veterinary drug production line has improved by 40%. In addition, the equipment seamlessly integrates with the veterinary drug traceability platform: after labeling is completed, it automatically collects label information and uploads it to the regulatory platform, achieving an integrated “labeling—traceability—compliance” workflow. Currently, the companies that have put the equipment into operation have provided positive feedback. Going forward, we plan to expand the scale of equipment procurement. Meanwhile, Huiyi Intelligent is further optimizing the equipment’s functions and developing more customized models tailored to the specific needs of the veterinary drug industry.
