Expanding into the security field! Huiyi Intelligence launches a robotic inspection solution that covers all scenarios in industrial parks.
On June 20, 2025, Guangzhou Huiyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. announced its official entry into the security industry by launching a brand-new intelligent robot inspection solution. Leveraging the company’s accumulated expertise in machine vision and automated control, this solution integrates three core components—inspection robots, smart monitoring devices, and a cloud-based management platform—to enable 24/7 autonomous inspections across all scenarios in industrial parks, significantly enhancing park security management efficiency and emergency response capabilities.
Industrial parks are large in area, equipped with numerous devices, and feature widely dispersed inspection points. The traditional manual inspection model suffers from low efficiency, difficulties in nighttime inspections, and delays in identifying potential hazards. Huiyi Intelligence’s robotic inspection solution addresses these pain points through comprehensive optimization: The inspection robot is equipped with a variety of detection devices, including high-definition visible-light cameras, infrared thermal imagers, gas sensors, and sound sensors, enabling it to collect real-time data on the park’s environmental conditions (such as temperature, humidity, and concentrations of harmful gases), equipment operating status (such as surface temperatures and unusual noises), and security conditions (such as unauthorized personnel entering the premises or abnormal stacking of items). By leveraging QR-code-based path-navigation technology, the robot can autonomously follow pre-set inspection routes. When encountering obstacles, it can automatically avoid them, achieving a positioning accuracy of ±5 cm and ensuring full coverage of the inspection route.
In addition, the cloud-based management platform accompanying the solution can receive data transmitted by inspection robots in real time and analyze and process this data using AI algorithms. When anomalies are detected—such as excessively high equipment temperatures, leaks of hazardous gases, or unauthorized personnel entry—the platform immediately triggers an alarm mechanism, notifying park management personnel via SMS, app push notifications, and other channels. It also automatically generates recommendations for handling these anomalies, reducing the response time to within two minutes. Currently, this solution has been successfully implemented in three large-scale industrial parks—including those in the chemical, electronics, and automotive parts industries. Since its deployment, the parks have seen a 60% reduction in manual inspection costs, with the detection rate of potential hazards rising to 98%. Moreover, no safety incidents caused by delayed inspections have occurred. Huiyi Intelligence stated that it will continue to deepen its expertise in the security field, constantly upgrading its inspection solutions based on customer needs and expanding into more application scenarios such as smart parks and smart factories.
