On May 18, 2025, Guangzhou Huiyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. held a new product launch event and officially unveiled its self-developed box collection robot—a one-stop machine for unpacking and packing boxes. This device integrates four key functions—barcode scanning, box opening, box sealing, and palletizing—into a single unit, enabling full-process automation of product packaging. At the same time, it balances green energy efficiency with flexible production requirements, providing highly efficient and environmentally friendly packaging solutions for industries such as pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, and food.
Against the backdrop of the current transformation toward intelligent and green manufacturing, enterprises are placing higher demands on the automation level of production lines, energy consumption control, and adaptability to multi-variety production. The box-picking robot integrated packing machine developed by Huiyi Intelligence fully addresses these needs in its technical design: The equipment is equipped with a low-power servo drive system, which reduces energy consumption by 25% compared to traditional manual production lines, enabling companies to save approximately 30,000 yuan in electricity costs annually. Featuring a modular design, the machine can switch between different packaging specifications—from 100mm×50mm×30mm to 300mm×200mm×150mm—in as little as 10 minutes simply by replacing fixtures of different sizes and adjusting program parameters. This makes it perfectly suited for small-batch, multi-batch production scenarios, effectively resolving the issues of long equipment changeover times and low efficiency associated with conventional machinery.
In addition, the equipment is equipped with a high-definition industrial camera and an AI-powered visual recognition system. During the scanning process, it can automatically identify product barcodes and QR code information with an accuracy rate of 99.9%. The data is uploaded in real time to the company’s ERP system, enabling seamless integration between packaging data and production data. In the palletizing stage, a six-axis robot is employed, which can automatically adjust the palletizing method according to different pallet specifications, ensuring high stacking accuracy and exceptional stability. At the launch event, representatives from more than 30 companies across the country observed a demonstration of the equipment, and 12 companies signed letters of intent for procurement on the spot. Huiyi Intelligent stated that the introduction of this equipment marks a new breakthrough for the company in the field of automated packaging equipment.
