This device for online printing and applying enables instant label generation and placement. Combing with Huyi’s customized UDI coding system achieving the batch and serialized labels can be printed online as well as printing finished labels on products. The system supports simultaneous printing of 1D barcodes and GS1 2D codes. Utilizing dual-station inspection with a CCD camera and a Keyence SR2000 sensor, it ensures print accuracy and correctness while performing grade verification for both 1D barcodes and 2D codes. If the recognition rate falls below the standard, a double-guided pneumatic rejection mechanism is activated to ensure accurate removal of non-compliant products.
