Boxed Coding and Data Collection Device
This device is designed for single or multiple cartons after three-dimensional wrapping, performing data collection and multi-level data association. It cooperates with mid-pack label applicators and realtime secondary code printers to achieve online collection of secondary carton codes and automatic association with tertiary case code printing. Widely be used in track and trace packing industutry

High-speed dual-turntable automatic data collection and coding equipment
This device is a high-speed, precision QR code collection system designed for vials (7-20ml), capable of reading codes at a speed of up to 600 vials per minute. It can seamlessly integrate with various cartoning machines to achieve single-vial code collection and automatic association between bottle codes and carton codes, enabling secondary coding and data linkage. The unique inverted bottle mechanism effectively prevents bottle breakage and jamming. Its patented special code-reading device ensures accurate identification of QR codes on bottle surfaces even during high-speed rotation. The high-speed rejection andwaste collection system precisely removes duplicate or incorrect codes, safely depositing rejected bottles into a collection boxwithout causing damage, and includes a secondary confirmation to verify accurate rejection. This equipment is widely used in the biopharmaceutical industry, including both human and veterinary medicine sectors.

Bagged Weighing and Collection All-in-One Machine
After being produced by the automatic bag sealing machine, the bags pass through a flattening station where they are pressed flat. Once flattened, they move to the QR code collection station for barcode scanning. After scanning, the bags proceed to the weighing module for weight measurement. If either the QR code or the weight is noncompliant, the bags will beautomaticallyrejected. Only those with both QR code and weight qualified that are allowed to pass. The system binds the bag's weight data with its QR code information. Qualified bags then flow into a counting conveyor for manual boxing operations. Upon completion of boxing, software prompts to scan the box barcode; once manually scanned, the secondary association between the bag and the box is established.
