Technological Breakthrough! Huiyi Intelligence Obtains Patent for “Horizontal Bag-Labeling Production Line,” Tackling the Challenge of Wrinkle-Induced Labeling Issues.

On March 15, 2025, the National Intellectual Property Administration officially granted Guangzhou Huiyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. a utility model patent certificate for its “Horizontal Bag-Labeling Production Line” (Patent No.: CN 222610753 U). This technological breakthrough successfully addresses industry pain points in the food and cosmetics sectors, where bag wrinkles have previously led to inaccurate or missed labeling of packaged products.
According to the R&D Director of Huiyi Intelligent Technology, traditional bag-labeling equipment often encounters issues such as misalignment of the labeling position and blurry barcodes when handling packaging bags that are soft in texture and prone to wrinkling. These problems can lead to missing product traceability data, thereby affecting both production efficiency and quality control within enterprises. The newly developed horizontal bag-labeling production line innovatively adopts a combined design featuring a "flattening guide device plus a side-stop positioning system." During the conveyance of packaging bags, adjustable-speed flattening rollers automatically smooth out any wrinkles, while side stops precisely control the position of the bags, ensuring that the labeling area remains flat and stable. In addition, the equipment is equipped with an adjustable labeling component that can flexibly adjust the height and angle of the label according to different packaging bag specifications. Coupled with a high-definition industrial camera that continuously monitors the labeling process in real time, the labeling accuracy has been boosted to 99.8%.
Currently, this patented technology has been successfully commercialized into mass-production equipment. The first batch of orders has been delivered to three leading beauty companies and is being used on production lines for bagged products such as facial masks and skincare items. According to feedback from these companies, after the equipment was put into operation, the defect rate for product coding dropped from the original 5% to below 0.2%, and the daily production capacity of each line increased by 15%. The solution has received high praise from customers.
