Huiyi Intelligence has applied for a patent for an “Intelligent Queuing and Channeling System” to enhance the efficiency of synchronization of pharmaceutical and medical device traceability data.
On March 24, 2025, Guangzhou Huiyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. officially published its invention patent application titled “Intelligent Queuing and Channeling System” (Publication No.: CN 119657499 A) submitted to the National Intellectual Property Administration. This system, through its innovative technological design, significantly enhances the synchronization efficiency of traceability data in pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing processes, providing enterprises with a new pathway to reduce operational and maintenance costs.
In the pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing traceability process, the synchronized association between bottle codes and box codes is a critical step. Traditionally, manual barcode scanning or conventional smart sorting systems often suffer from issues such as data transmission delays and incorrect code matching, which can disrupt the traceability chain and increase enterprises' costs for manual verification as well as compliance risks. The intelligent queuing and sorting system developed by Huiyi Intelligence features a core component: an independently developed "Association Control Module + Virtual Coding Tracking Technology." The Association Control Module can receive data transmitted from bottle-code and box-code collection devices in real time and rapidly establish the correspondence between the two codes through advanced algorithms. Meanwhile, the Virtual Coding Tracking Technology generates temporary virtual codes for each set of associated data, enabling real-time tracking of product locations during the sorting and conveying process and preventing data misalignment caused by differences in conveying speeds.
Laboratory tests and pilot applications by enterprises have shown that this system reduces the synchronization delay between manual barcode scanning and intelligent channeling from the traditional equipment’s 1–2 seconds to less than 0.1 second, with a data-matching accuracy rate reaching 100%. Assuming a medium-sized pharmaceutical company produces an average of 100,000 products per day, adopting this system could eliminate the need for two manual verification personnel daily, and the operational costs of the traceability system are expected to decrease by 30%. Currently, five pharmaceutical companies have expressed interest in collaborating with Huiyi Intelligence and plan to introduce this system in the second quarter of this year to further optimize their production traceability processes.
