Our company’s GS1 export traceability system, developed for the sock product line under a well-known daily chemical enterprise, has successfully achieved international standard compliance through a horizontal conveyor-based coding and data collection solution. The equipment features a smooth conveying design that ensures socks maintain their flat shape throughout the coding process, enabling precise printing of GS1-compliant QR codes and accurate data collection.
The system is equipped with a high-resolution visual recognition device that performs comprehensive inspections of the QR codes on the individually packaged socks, achieving an accuracy rate as high as 99.6%. This fully meets the traceability requirements for imported goods in regions such as the European Union. By seamlessly integrating with our company’s traceability software platform, the system enables end-to-end data management—from the production stage all the way to the export stage, thereby establishing a complete digital traceability archive.
This project has helped the client successfully establish a digital channel for export trade, enabling them to become one of the first sock manufacturers in the industry to achieve global traceability based on GS1 standards. This not only enhances the added value of their products but also lays a solid technological foundation for the company to tap into international markets.
