(Human Pharma) Bottled Production Line Upgrade and Renovation Plan
In a production-line upgrade project for a client, we integrated an ultraviolet laser coding system downstream of the existing bottle-labeling machine. As bottles complete labeling and enter the laser station, photoelectric sensors trigger in real time to apply laser marking to the bottle caps and immediately capture the code data. The system automatically verifies code quality; nonconforming items are rejected on the spot, while conforming items proceed to the blister-packaging stage.
After blister packaging is completed, the product enters the three-tier traceability production line: the labeling machine applies secondary labels to the blister-packed intermediate packs and simultaneously captures the primary cap code and the secondary pack code, thereby establishing data linkage and automatically rejecting any non-conforming units. Qualified intermediate packs are then manually sorted and conveyed to the boxing station, where the system automatically generates and prints carton labels according to the preset quantity. Operators affix these labels to the outer cartons and insert the instruction manuals, thus completing precise three-tier data linkage among “bottle–intermediate pack–carton.”
