(Large-volume Infusion) Upgrade and Renovation Plan for a Well-known Pharmaceutical Manufacturer’s Production Line

For a renowned large intravenous solution manufacturer, we implemented a production-line upgrade project that leverages industry-leading laser coding technology to directly print regulatory codes on glass vial caps, replacing the traditional label-application method. This approach delivers a more cost-effective and reliable coding process. Following automated case packing, the line simultaneously captures high-speed data on all cap codes per full case and prints and affixes electronic regulatory-code labels to the outer cartons in real time, thereby precisely establishing second-level data linkage between individual vials and their respective cases. With minimal investment in system modifications, this solution enables the customer to achieve the most efficient compliance-driven traceability and production-line modernization.
